Unhappy with your order? Want to swap it for a different size or style? Want a refund? No worries! You can return your order for any reason, at any time, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, in its original condition and packaging.

First of all, there's no need to contact us if you're sending a return. Simply download and fill out a Returns Form, noting whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please highlight any problem with your order and give clear instructions of the size and colour you require if you want to exchange. Remember, the item you send back must be unworn and unwashed and in a resaleable condition.

Then package and seal the item securely, making sure to include your printed Returns Form, and send it to:

Next, take your parcel to your nearest Post Office. We recommend sending your parcel 'Recorded' or 'Tracked' and retain a proof of postage for your records. Please note, all goods are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges - as in-store credit or 'coins' - if the return is a result of our error or faulty goods. We do not charge you to send an exchanged item back to you.

You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within seven working days of receipt for UK customers and 15 working days for overseas customers. You'll usually get your refund or exchanged items much quicker than this - but feel free to contact our team if you've received nothing after this time.
