Unhappy with your order? Want to swap it for a different size or style? Want a refund? No worries! You can return your order for any reason, at any time, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, in its original condition and packaging.
First, simply download and fill out a Returns Form, noting whether you would like a refund or an exchange. Please highlight any problem with your order clearly and provide complete instructions of the size/colour/product you require if you wish to exchange. Remember, the item you send back must be unworn and unwashed and in a resaleable condition. If you do have any questions or queries, feel free to email us at email@example.com.
Then package and seal the item securely, making sure to include your printed Returns Form.
For UK orders only, we also provide a FREE tracked returns service. Simply print out the label below, attach it to your package and take it to your nearest Post Office. Please note, items will not be tracked and may not be returned at all unless they are processed through Royal Mail, so they must be taken to a Post Office.
For non-UK orders, if you need to send an item back, we recommend sending your parcel 'Recorded' or 'Tracked', retaining a proof of postage for your records. If an item is faulty or incorrect, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE sending it back - it may not be necessary to return the item and we cannot guarantee a refund of postage without prior agreement. Please note, all goods are returned to us at your own expense. We will only refund delivery charges - as in-store credit or 'coins' - if the return is a result of our error or faulty goods. We do not charge you to send an exchanged item back to you. Please note, that for items in multibuy offers (for example, 3 for 2 tees), the cheapest item can only be exchanged for an item of equivalent value or in-store credit.
You will receive refund credit or your exchanged order (if in stock) within seven working days of receipt for UK customers and 15 working days for overseas customers. You'll usually get your refund or exchanged items much quicker than this - but feel free to contact our team through our contact form if you've received nothing after this time.
