Returns

Need to return your order? Want to swap it for a different size or style? Want a refund? No worries! You can return your order for any reason, at any time, within 30 days of receipt, for a full refund or exchange, in its original condition and packaging. Once received, our team will deal with your return as quickly as possible - but please allow 28 days for processing.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS: The items you send back must be unworn (you can of course try them on!), unwashed and in a resaleable condition. Any free or promotional items included with your order MUST be returned if you return an entire order - if you do not, you may not receive a refund. Remember, international returns (from outside the UK) are sent at your own risk and expense unless otherwise expressly stated by email. 

Please note that processing returns may take longer than usual to process at the current time. UK returns are tracked and we recommend using tracked services for international returns too - the tracking code supplied to you when you post your return back to us will advise on whether we have received it. Once our team unpack your return and it is processed, you'll get an email advising on its updated status (exchange posted, order refunded etc).

FESTIVE RETURN GUIDELINES: Orders placed for the holiday season (from 31st October until 24th December) have an extended returns window until 31st Jaunary. All other returns and conditions apply.
