Our website - www.insertcoinclothing.com - is for personal and non-commercial use only. All content within the site is subject to our copyright and can only be used for your own personal use. You are responsible for all communications made via the website and, by using our site, you agree you will not:
- Post, distribute or transmit any unauthorised advertisements or promotional material - including chain letters, junk mail or any other kind of unsolicited content. 
- Misuse, forge or alter any transmitted information to revise the details of its content.
- Impersonate or misrepresent any other person or organisation.
- Cloak, disguise or hide your identity and contact details.
- Harass, stalk or threaten any other member of the Insert Coin community.
- Engage in any kind of 'flooding'.
- Use any information on the site for any kind of illegal, immoral or antisocial purpose, in violation of any and all applicable laws.  
- Undertake any activity that violates the privacy rights of any other members of our community, including collecting and distributing information.

Occasionally, we may link to external websites. We assume no responsibility for the content of external websites, nor does the provision of links imply any association with the other website's operators. We are not responsible for any loss or damages caused by use or reliance on any content, goods or services available via external websites.

Our delivery policy

Estimates of delivery times for all available shipping options are available on our Worldwide Shipping page. All delivery times listed are an estimation only, from when shipped. Processing time can vary. Orders are processed 9am-3pm, Monday to Friday. Weather conditions, postal problems or customs may sometimes cause delays with your orders. If you have not received your order within 15 working days (UK) and 20 working days (non-UK), please contact us as soon as possible with all your order details and we will endeavour to help. Local postal services may charge additional handling/service fees/taxes, which - if applicable - are payable by the recipient, not Insert Coin. Please note, standard delivery is not available in countries where courier-only service is offered due to shipping/security restrictions. Preorder delivery dates are from when products are marked as in stock and have been processed. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be despatched once all items are available. 

Our returns policy

You can exchange or request a refund on any item as long as you return it in the original packaging/condition, within 30 days of receipt. Unless otherwise agreed in writing (and subject to the points below), to process a return (refund or exchange), you must send the item(s) back to us - unworn, unwashed and in a resaleable condition. In the event an item being permanently out of stock ('GAME OVER'), the option of a refund or an alternative will be offered. If the item is part of a 3-for-2 offer, then an item of the same value will be available as an alternative, but no partial refund will be given - either as store credit or via the original payment method. 

For UK orders, you can simply fill out a returns form and send everything back to us via your local Post Office, using the FREE returns label that you can create via our Returns page. You will receive refund credit or confirmation of despatch of your exchanged order (if in stock) within 14 working days of receipt of your return (or proof of postage). You'll usually get your refund or exchanged items quicker than this - but feel free to contact our team if you've received nothing after this time. Please note, if you return items using alternative shipping methods (including not taking your return to the Post Office), they are sent at your own expense and at your own risk. If you do not use our free tracked service, please be advised that we can only refund delivery charges - as in-store credit or 'coins' - if the return is a result of our error or faulty goods. We do not charge you to send an exchanged item back to you. 

Non-UK orders should contact our team if an item is faulty/incorrect to discuss whether a return is necessary. All non-UK returns are at your own risk and require trackable postal solutions to ensure their safety and security. Please note, all goods are returned to us at your own expense. We can only refund delivery charges - as in-store credit or 'coins' - if the return is a result of our error or faulty goods. We do not charge you to send an exchanged item back to you. You will receive refund credit or confirmation of despatch of your exchanged order (if in stock) within 21 working days of receipt for overseas customers. You'll usually get your refund or exchanged items much quicker than this - but feel free to contact our team if you've received nothing after this time. 

Please note, that for items in multibuy offers (for example, 3 for 2 tees), the cheapest item can only be exchanged for an item of equivalent value.

Your account & membership

All users of our website must create an account. This helps you to save money as you make purchases, as well as find out about incoming new designs and offers. You will be required to supply a valid email address, home address details and other essential information. You can add a new address at checkout and it is your responsibility to ensure your details are accurate and up-to-date. We reserve the right to delete or suspend duplicate accounts where we believe they may infringe upon the fair usage of promotions or voucher codes.
