How can I use my gift vouchers?

You can only use your vouchers online at www.insertcoinclothing.com. If you are a registered customer, you can add vouchers to your IC wallet and use them partially or in full. If you are using vouchers without an account you will have to use them in full or will lose any unused balance at checkout. Please note gift cards and codes cannot be used on postage costs.

What code do I need to enter?

Each voucher has a code on it - right near the top - which is valid for one use up to 12 months after the initial purchase date.

How do I enter my code?

You will have a chance to enter any voucher codes at the checkout stage, once you've decided what you want to buy!

How long do Insert Coin vouchers last?

Each gift voucher code lasts for one year after the initial date of purchase. Any funds in your IC wallet are stored at the value in British Pounds (£), so may be subject to changes in value in other currencies due to fluctuations in exchange rates.

Can I use codes after I've placed my order?

You can only use codes at the point of ordering and they can't be applied retroactively to orders.

Can I use more than one code on my order?

You can only use one code per order and codes cannot be combined.
