The Latest Update From Insert Coin Towers…

First of all, we hope you are staying safe. Please remember to self-isolate, quarantine and keep washing those hands.

We just wanted to update you on what we are doing at Insert Coin Towers to keep our team – and YOU – safe during the current coronavirus crisis. 

Our team are now all working in isolation. Most are working from home, which means we are no longer able to answer any calls to our office. However, as always, the best way to get hold of us is via email – you can find all the details you need on our website’s Contact page, and there are answers to lots of general questions on our FAQs too. 

We are also extending our returns period during this time too, to give you enough time to safely send items back, if required.

Please note, we cannot provide order specific advice via our social channels due to data protection laws. 

Meanwhile, our warehouse remains open and is being operated by one member of staff at a time. They are operating social distancing – both at work and during their journey to/from work – and undertaking all activity within current UK government guidelines.

Of course, this does mean deliveries are taking longer than normal to process. And postal services around the world are also affected too – from our collections, through to sorting offices and the local services bringing orders to your door. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to ensure your orders are despatched as quickly as possible and with the minimum of delays. Thank you so much for your continued support and patience in these uncertain times.

Every single member of our team is working extremely hard to ensure we can still offer you the very best level of service, without compromising their safety or yours. 

We will continue to work like this – safely, securely and within all guidelines – until it is no longer possible. Should that time come, our store will remain open and we will start posting orders as soon as possible once we are allowed to resume our usual postage processes.
